Ruth has been on the business side for decades, finding the right talent to join leadership teams and helping achieve business objectives.
Beyond just understanding how to identify the right people for the right role, Ruth sees the big picture – how an organization’s talent strategy can help realize business success. Ruth has been a true partner to businesses over the years, with a strategic approach and a knack for knowing when someone is the right fit.
In her most recent corporate career, Ruth was the Vice President of Human Resources for a division of Teva, the world’s largest generics pharmaceutical company. She also served in Vice President of Human Resource roles with CAE Inc., General Electric, and Nabisco Ltd. In several organizations, she led the HR integration team during M&A projects.
When she transitioned to coaching, Ruth took all that experience with her. Not only does she coach and develop talent, but she knows how and when coaching should be used for best organizational results.
Ruth has spoken at numerous conferences, including several of Human Resources Professional Association’s (HRPA) annual conferences, SHRM’s Thought Leadership Conference, and Global HR Conferences in San Diego, New York and Houston.
